1. Are you factory or trade company?
A: Yes. We are the mainly factory in product and export the small home appliance.
Factory can provide:
- OEM business for customers worldwide.
- ODM business, from product designing, tooling, assembling, inspecting and after sales service.
- Price and production capacity supporting for the big promotion orders during seasons special
2. Can we use our brand on the mass goods?
A: Certainly, factory can provide the OEM and ODM service, and export the goods under your brand name;
3. What certificate does your company have?
A: We have the CB, CE, Rohs, LFGB etc. factory also can apply with all cert., as the request of import country;
4. What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is 20 foot container each model.
5. I'd like to know the payment terms?
A: Generally, factory can accept the payment terms of the T/T or L/C at sight. The T/T 30% deposit and the balance after inspection or against the B/L copy.
6. What about the lead time?
A: Generally, the lead time is 45 days as the first order, and the 30 days for the repeat order.
